A total of 51 residences, two commercial units and an underground car park are being built in four buildings within the new SOLIS development project. Nine of the residences will be built as townhouses at Sonnenrain 18-34.

The buildings meet the requirements for a KfW Efficiency House 55 (GEG) and feature efficient ventilation technology. In accordance with the thermal insulation certificate, the windows of the flats will be fitted with triple glazing.

All residences will have either a terrace, balcony, loggia or roof terrace. Screen walls between the terraces provide privacy. A beautifully landscaped courtyard invites communal activities, with lawn, gravel and planting areas. Trees, shrubs and green spaces also serve to create a welcoming atmosphere around the property. Situated almost in the middle of Hessental, it is only 2.4 kilometres to the centre of Schwäbisch Hall – and much closer to facilities serving daily needs. A supermarket and petrol station are practically at your doorstep. A bakery and a fresh produce market are only about 400 metres away, as is the Hessental primary school. It is about 600 metres to the childcare centre. The Freizeitzentrum Schenkensee (recreation centre) with its leisure and adventure pool is also easy to reach. There are well-developed walking and cycling paths in the district. And those who want to use the bus lines of the public transport system will have access to 14 lines for getting around. In addition to the regular bus routes, which serve more than 370 stops, the Rufbus (dial-a-bus service) offers additional trips in the evenings, on weekends and public holidays. Hessental, which was incorporated in 1936, is the largest district of Schwäbisch Hall, with over 8,000 inhabitants. Situated to the east and easily accessible by bus and train, it offers everything you need to live right on site. Families in particular are attracted by the range of childcare options, primary schools, sports facilities, grocery shops, restaurants and medical care.

After its military use, the former Hessental airfield was developed into a civil airfield in the mid-1990s and now, as Adolf Würth Airport, it is an important commercial airfield. Since 2020, Mustang Holding has had its headquarters in Schwäbisch Hall-Hessental. Yes, there is a minimum rental period of 12 months. After that, the lease can be terminated with a 3 months notice period.
